Why do parents in supermarkets allow their children to stand up in a shopping cart?

Work in a supermarket and I see this continually. The parent also was concerned about other things and allow their children Levin standing up in a shopping cart. Usually pleasantly ask the child to sit because it is not safe. 'd Expect that parents had the brains to do that! Many children were severely injured when the truck gets so on. struck by the cart and fly or be thrown back and forgery of money themselves against the cart. I see this happen to other depots as well. I **** to see kids being injured. I hope that some parents see this post. A deposit that I know has sent signs that declare that lawyers are not liable for injuries to children. I think that any deposit should do that.
